RECRUITMENT

In BIOFARMA PHARMACEUTICALS unbiased and fair recruitment is of the essence, first all; applications are evaluated by human resources. After that, Human Resources and relevant department managers will interview endorsed applicants. 

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We are able to reach to our candidate from many different sources. Our candidates are evaluated by our human resources experts on the field on “Competence” and “Qualification” in accordance with our guidelines after they apply to Biofarma Pharmaceuticals.

According to positions specifications our Human Resources team will include candidates to our “competence based evaluation” process. In this stage apart from one-on-one interview, Human resources will execute personality tests, foreign language tests and general ability tests.

Job offers are made to the candidate who successfully completes these stages. After the interviews the candidates who did not meet our requirements will be notified even if result is negative, each candidate will get a personal notification whether result is positive or negative.

The tools we use during recruitment:

Talent based interviews: Based on our candidates past work experiences and their behaviour in front of the problems we aim to spot their competence and suitability to position. Except our blue-collar position we use talent-based interview method to evaluate our candidates.

Classic interviews: We specifically use classic interview techniques for our blue-collar candidates to make them express themselves easier. If it is deemed necessary we might ask talent-based interview questions during blue-collar employment process.

Professional personality inventory: We use this inventory to understand how our candidates work in work environment, their relationships with people, their decision making under pressure and their reactions under stressful situations.

ORIENTATION

For every person who becomes a member of Biofarma family we complete all preparations for them to adapt and start their work in the shortest possible time and make them able to learn instructional systems before they start their employment.

We put all newly hired employees through orientation process and programs.

Apart from general orientation program, the educational tools, educations, briefing, procedures and instructions which is applied in departments consists second stage of our orientation program “Department orientation programme”.

For newly hired employees our “Guide Friends” will help them to adjust to our informal culture in our company and the things that will allow them to create a better social environment.
